Hi There! My name's Brian Wight. I don't quite look like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson but he is the Epitome of who I want to emulate. Hard working, Humble and a balanced life.

I'm a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) based in Vienna, Va.

I also have personal training certifications from both the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). With additional coursework in TRX, Kettle Bell and Functional Stability Training.

Over the past 18 years I have experience training all ages, in all environments, helping people succeed with all body types.

In my free time I enjoy Basketball, Beach Volleyball (Yes, there are plenty of sand courts in this area), Mountain Biking and the occasional Paddle Boarding trip.

I'm pretty involved with my church too .. (it's awesome by the way) so don't be surprised if I invite you to come. ;o)

I got my first real taste of personal training while helping my brother train for his first bodybuilding competition. Since then I've been able to help others achieve success in all settings from studios and In-home to the big box gyms.

We all struggle with finding the right balance between a healthy lifestyle and our perceived "Quality of life". As an older athlete who strives to stay in shape & competitive while managing a family life, I understand how difficult it really is. I'm here for you, holding you accountable and pushing you harder while coaching you on your journey. That being said, I expect more from you as you make progress and your goals will change too.

My clients are my business cards! You are a direct reflection of me and my abilities as a trainer, I take that very personally. It also means that my goals directly align with yours. If you don't succeed, neither do I!

Don’t ask yourself what the world needs? Ask what makes you come alive .. and go do that. Because what the world needs is people who have truly come alive.
