How do I help you succeed? By working HARD in each and every session, By keeping you motivated and using the right tools. You will be required to keep a fitness log which includes the following: Food Log, Cardio Tracking and Various homework assignments as needed.

You will be encouraged to wear a heart rate monitor while working out so that we know how hard you are truly working versus what your perceived rate of exertion is. Additionally, We will make it fun by adding goals .. like walking a 5K, Trying something new (KickBoxing, Paddleboarding, Zumba Class, etc..) or competing with other clients. ** I'm working with other trainers to set up a competition between our clients, there will be prizes and a healthy competitive spirit.

P.S.  On the accountability side of things, Since diet is such an integral part of achieving results, Don't be surprised if I show up randomly at your home to see what's in the fridge. There will be rewards and punishments accordingly.
