Are you done procrastinating yet? Summer's right around the corner .. Don't wait until it's too late to make a difference. If you start now you'll be ready when it's time to enjoy the outdoors. Don't make excuses, just make a change.  

"So, I've been dealing with an Achilles Tendon issue and was pretty much feeling sorry for myself during my leg workouts for the past few weeks, Then I met a guy at my Gym who is recovering from a severe stroke he had 2+ years ago. He's 38 years old and faithfully at the gym 3-5 days a week, Just So He Can Walk Without A Cane. Thank You for your inspiration brother .. I appreciate you. I have better perspective because of you. 

My point is this. No matter where you're coming from in your fitness walk, embrace your workouts, "EMBRACE THE SUCK" .. You have it in you to be greater and you really have no excuses. 

 
 

Fitness is so much more than just your workouts.  It's my job to help you figure it all out. The key to a healthy, happy life is all about achieving the right balance and I'm here to take you down that path.  

We all struggle with finding the right balance between a healthy lifestyle and our perceived "Quality of life". As an older athlete who strives to stay in shape & competitive while managing a family life, I understand how difficult it really is.

I'm here for you, holding you accountable and pushing you harder while coaching you on your journey. That being said, I expect more from you as you make progress and your goals will change too. 

My clients are my business cards! You are a direct reflection of me and my abilities as a trainer, I take that very personally. It also means that my goals directly align with yours. If you don't succeed, neither do I!
